All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Noholi reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery & Logistics
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier, weather, political conditions, or force majeure events.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to Noholi’s return policy and product category restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, text, and software are the property of Noholi or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Noholi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or data.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
